The back of the Buddha is stamped with two seals, one is an apocryphal Wanli mark, the other reading Fujian Dehua zhizao ‘made in Dehua in Fujian’.
Buddha: 13 ¼ in. (33.8 cm.) high, box;
Guanyin: 12 1/4 in. (31 cm.) high, Japanese wood box.
