A Famille-Rose 'Flower and Butterfly' bowl, Yongzheng mark and period. Photo Sotheby's

thinly potted with angled sides rising from a straight foot to a flared rim, delicately painted on the exterior in pastel enamels with a pink blossomed stem extending out towards a butterfly, the interior with two scattered orchids, six-character mark in underglaze blue. Diameter 3 5/8 in., 9.2 cm. Estimation 4,000 — 6,000 USD. Lot vendu: 40,000 USD
