A Venetian Chalcedony flask, 17th Century. Photo courtesy Bonhams.

In marbled agate or Chalcedony glass in tones of green and brown, the hexagonal body moulded with six deep vertical flutes, a white metal mount at the neck, 17cm high. Sold for £16,875 (€20,083)
