the deep rounded sides flaring at the rim, raised on a stem foot splaying towards the recessed base and with a raised fillet, painted to the exterior with figures in a landscape, the interior with lança characters, inscribed with an apocryphal Xuande mark to the base; 7cm., 2 3/4 in. Estimation: 2,000 - 3,000 GBP
