painted in the center with a basket of flowers within a dragon and phoenix border, surmounted by the coat of Fazakerley, Gules three men's heads couped at the neck property, on each a cap argent; diameter 15 1/2 in., 39.4 cm. Estimation 5,000 — 7,000 USD
