The dish is decorated to the centre with a gentleman in long robes by an attendant holding a fan. A table with a censer and a pair of rabbits are in the foreground while a crane flies above. The well and everted rim are decorated with panels of elegant ladies alternated with flowers. The reverse is painted with ruyi-heads. 13 5/8 in. (34.5 cm.) diam.
