The drop and spherical-shaped pearls, measuring 6.5 x 8.5mm and 9.1 x 12.5mm, within a surround of millegrain-set old brilliant-cut diamonds, between similarly-set diamond shoulders, with baguette-cut diamond accents, diamonds approximately 1.10 carats total, ring size J½
