The necklace composed of eight strands of alternating ruby, emerald and diamond beads spaced at intervals by cultured pearls, suspending a heart-shaped red spinel weighing approximately 36.00 carats framed by one cabochon emerald and 18 cultured pearls measuring approximately 6.3 to 4.5 mm, the pendant further set with one emerald bead and an old mine-cut diamond weighing approximately 13.75 carats, continuing with a baroque-shaped emerald bead measuring approximately 32.0 by 26.3 mm, capped by numerous cabochon rubies, the pendant terminating in a cultured pearl drop measuring approximately 15.1 by 12.9 mm, set throughout with numerous round, rose and single-cut diamonds,internal circumference of necklace approximately 12½ inches.
