Each set with a pear-shaped light blue or light pink diamond, weighing approximately 4.01 and 3.52 respectively, within a circular-cut pink diamond trim and oval-shaped diamond surround, juxtaposed by a similarly designed surmount, set to the centre with a circular-cut light pink or light blue diamond, weighing approximately 0.98 and 1.01 carats respectively, spaced by a circular-cut diamond, mounted in gold, 4.6 cm
