The two bow-string bands that encircle the neck are interrupted by the pair of lug handles, and there is a slit in each end of the foot. The vase is covered overall with a pale blue-green-tinted grey glaze suffused with clear crackle, and the bottom of the foot with a dark brown dressing. 13 ¾ in. (35 cm.) high.
