The tall cylindrical neck surmounting a thin ovoid body supported by a vertical foot rim, the visible exterior surfaces covered in a thick glaze of uniformly dark crimson hue; now mounted as a lamp within a gilt softwood base, the tall lighting fixture surmounted by a large carnelian elephant finial and adorned by beaded pull tabs of a similar hue. 13in (33cm) approx height of visible porcelain.
